Payment Policy

Payment Method

We accept credit and debit cards directly over the telephone, and credit cards via online payment. We also accept payment by checks mailed to us, or direct deposit into our bank account. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars only. We cannot proceed with any orders or services until your payment has cleared. Once we file your request with the State of Delaware and pay state fees, all sales are final, meaning “No Refunds.”

Declined Payments

If for any reason, your payment is declined, then your order will remain on hold until the funds are received. We will make every effort to contact you as quickly as possible if this event occurs. Please contact our office as soon as possible to provide alternate payment arrangements.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed by Delaware Incorporating Agents Inc., but before the formation documents are created Delaware Incorporating Agents, Inc. will refund the total order amount less a $25 dollar processing fee.

If the order is cancelled after the formation documents are created, Delaware Incorporating Agents, Inc. will refund the total amount of the order less a $75 dollar processing fee provided that the formation document is not already filed with the state.

Once the formation documents have been filed with the State of Delaware with all state filing fees paid, there are no cancellations or refunds of any funds paid to Delaware Incorporating Agents, Inc.

If the Corporation or LLC is deficiently formed and/or an error is made on the part of Delaware Incorporating Agents, Inc. then we will undertake reasonable efforts to cure and amend any necessary documentation, or will refund the fees paid to Delaware Incorporating Agents, Inc., at its sole discretion.
