As your Delaware Registered Agent we are required by Delaware law to maintain current contact information regarding your entity. This information includes: Name of company contact, address where certified mail can be received, telephone number, cell number, fax number, and/or e-mail address. This contact information is used to perform our Registered Agent duties of forwarding you any information from the State of Delaware, and service of process.
